Refundable items:

Silver items can be returned within 28 days for a refund or replacement if we, Van Buskirk Jewellery, have received them back in their original condition and they are not personalised items. 

Non-refundable and non-cancelable items

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable this applies to any product that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can’t be resold due to a bespoke element. 

Gold, platinum and palladium jewellery are considered bespoke orders and once designs have been approved, they are non-refundable. 

To avoid any disappointment, please check with us prior to ordering whether an item is returnable or non-returnable before ordering.

Cancelling, returning or exchanging a refundable item

Please email vanbuskirkjewellery@gmail.com to let us know that you wish to cancel your order, return or exchange a product with the reason for cancelation, return or exchange.

If already received, package the item up and send it back to:

We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage

Do not destroy or throw away any product or the external packaging before agreeing this with Van Buskirk Jewellery, even if it’s faulty as this may affect any refund you may be entitled to.

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to Van Buskirk Jewellery)
