RETURNS POLICY
Silver items can be returned within 28 days for a refund or replacement (if we have received them back in their original condition).
FREE GIFT WRAPPING
All of our items are beautifully gift wrapped at no extra cost.
Non-refundable items:
Anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can’t be resold due to a bespoke element. Gold, platinum and palladium jewellery are considered bespoke orders and once designs have been approved, they are non-refundable.
